Upper Cutt was formed by Mark “Mook” Rodman and Ralph Burkhart a few years ago. They are a rock cover band that plays music from a variety of eras that will please everyone. The lineup consists of Kevin Collins on vocals, Mook and Ralph on guitar, Craig Zuber on drums, Dave Eye on bass, and Bill Marquardt on Keys.
